Flagstaff Snow Park does not guarantee, road conditions, weather conditions, snow conditions, rain, number of runs operating or facilities/services available. Inclement weather can and does at times affect daily operations and can cause delays and closures at any time. Refunds and credits will not be issued for tickets due to inclement weather or other unforeseen interruptions to daily operations.

Customers can RESCHEDULE their order using the ‘CHANGE BOOKING’ link in their confirmation email. Rescheduling must be completed by the customer AT LEAST 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled START TIME.
Cancellations are prohibited unless you purchase Reservation Protection during check out. Reservation Protection enables you to cancel your booking AT LEAST 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled START time. To cancel your booking after purchasing Reservation Protection, you can respond to this email.
